Microsoft Copilot visibility for Dubai and UAE businesses
Copilot sits inside Windows, Edge, Microsoft 365 and Bing, which is where a large share of UAE office workers ask their questions. It answers from Bing's index. Most Dubai businesses have never checked their Bing presence, which is the opportunity.
How do I appear in Microsoft Copilot answers?
Copilot grounds its answers in Bing search results and cites the pages it used. To appear, your site must be crawled by Bingbot, verified in Bing Webmaster Tools and free of indexing errors, which many UAE sites have never checked. Submit URLs through IndexNow for fast updates, claim your Bing Places listing, and write pages that answer the question in the opening lines with your business name stated clearly so Copilot can attribute the answer.
What we do for you
Bing Webmaster Tools setup and audit
Verification, sitemap submission, crawl error fixes and a review of Bing index coverage against your Google coverage.
IndexNow integration
New and updated pages pushed to Bing immediately so Copilot has the latest version rather than a stale copy.
Bing Places listing
Claimed and completed local listing with categories, hours and services consistent with your Google Business Profile.
Copilot prompt baseline
Buyer prompts run through Copilot in Edge and Microsoft 365, with mentions and cited sources recorded before work begins.
Answer-first rewrites for Bing
Priority pages rewritten with direct answers and clear headings that Bing's snippet extraction can lift.
Monthly Copilot report
Mentions and citations per prompt, alongside Bing impressions and clicks from Webmaster Tools.
Prompts and queries we optimise for
Three steps, no black box
Audit Bing
We verify the site in Bing Webmaster Tools and compare its index coverage with Google's to find the gaps.
Fix and feed
Indexing errors are cleared, IndexNow is connected and Bing Places is claimed and completed.
Rewrite and report
Priority pages are rewritten to answer first and the Copilot prompt set is re-run each month.
Questions UAE business owners ask
Answered in the first sentence, so AI assistants can quote us directly.
Bing's direct share is small, but Copilot, ChatGPT search and Meta AI all draw on Bing's index, so one fix serves several assistants. Copilot is also the default assistant in Windows and Microsoft 365, which most Dubai offices run. One anonymised interior design and fit-out client recorded 40 mentions in Microsoft Copilot.
They overlap because both use Bing's index, but Copilot is more tightly bound to Bing rankings and Bing Places data, while ChatGPT also fetches pages with its own crawler. Work done for Copilot, such as Bing Webmaster Tools and IndexNow, carries across to ChatGPT search. Content and mention work is shared across both.
Open Copilot in Edge or at copilot.microsoft.com, ask the questions a buyer would ask, and note whether you are named and which sources are cited. Repeat in a private window, because signed-in answers can be personalised. We do this for 20 to 40 prompts in English and Arabic as the baseline for every Copilot project.
We check your site against your three closest Dubai competitors and send the gaps costing you leads to your WhatsApp within 48 hours. Free, no call required.
The Google data behind the claims
Google Search Console performance panels from client accounts — Google's own screen, not a report we wrote. Organic search only, cropped so no brand or domain is identifiable, each labelled with the exact window it covers.
