Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 October 2026

This policy explains how Digidot Marketing Services (“Digidot”, DET E-Trader licence 1072695, Dubai, UAE) handles personal data collected through digidot.ae. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

  • Free SEO check form. Your website address, and if you choose to give them, your name, WhatsApp number and the keywords you want to rank for. We also record the page you sent the form from, the referring page, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, which we use to prevent spam and abuse.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email. When you message or call us, we receive whatever you send, through WhatsApp (operated by Meta), your phone provider or email.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) to run and secure the site.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not set cookies of its own.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare the SEO check you asked for, to reply to you, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

  • Vercel, which hosts the website and processes form submissions.
  • Our email provider, which delivers form submissions to our team inbox.
  • Meta (WhatsApp), when you choose to continue a conversation on WhatsApp.
  • Google, only on pages that show a Google Maps map: the map loads from Google once you scroll to it, and Google may set its own cookies under its own policy.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. We share only what each needs to provide its service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and any period the law requires afterwards. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email enquiry@digidot.io and we will reply within 30 days.
