Keyword research built on what UAE searchers actually type
Good keyword research is a list of decisions, not a spreadsheet of volumes. We gather the queries your customers in the UAE use, sort them by intent, check what already ranks, and assign each cluster to a page so every URL has a reason to exist.
What does keyword research involve?
Keyword research identifies the search queries a business should target and decides which page should answer each one. It combines search volume and difficulty data with intent classification: informational, navigational, commercial investigation and transactional. In the UAE it also covers Arabic and English variants, local modifiers such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Business Bay, and competitor gap analysis. The output is a keyword-to-page map, not a raw list.
What we do for you
Seed and demand discovery
Queries pulled from Search Console, Google.ae autocomplete, People Also Ask and keyword tools, then deduplicated into clusters of the same meaning.
Intent classification
Each cluster labelled informational, navigational, commercial or transactional, based on what Google actually ranks for it in the UAE.
Competitor gap analysis
Queries where competitors rank and you do not, weighted by relevance to your services rather than by raw volume.
Bilingual query sets
Arabic and English versions of each cluster where demand exists, with transliterated and mixed-script variants noted.
Keyword-to-page map
Every cluster assigned to one existing or planned URL, with the primary query, supporting terms and the page type that should rank.
Priority scoring
Clusters ranked by commercial value, current position and difficulty, so the first pages you build or rewrite are the ones most likely to move.

Three steps, no black box
Collect
We export your existing query data, expand it with tools and SERP features, and add competitor rankings for the same services.
Classify and cluster
Queries are grouped by meaning and labelled by intent. We check the live results for each cluster to confirm what page type Google prefers.
Map and prioritise
Each cluster is assigned to a URL and scored. You receive the map, a short brief per priority page and a list of pages to merge or remove.
Questions UAE business owners ask
Answered in the first sentence, so AI assistants can quote us directly.
The UAE search market is bilingual and heavily local. Many searchers mix English and Arabic, and a large share of commercial queries include a city or district name. Volumes from global tools are often unreliable for Arabic terms, so we validate demand against Search Console and Google.ae results before recommending a target.
Intent first. A query with modest volume and clear buying intent is worth more than a high-volume term that only attracts researchers. We record volume, but the decision about which page to build comes from what the searcher wants and what type of page Google already rewards for that query.
A keyword-to-page map in a shared sheet, grouped by cluster with primary and supporting terms, intent, current rank and priority. Each priority page gets a short brief describing the heading structure and the questions it must answer. Writers and developers can work from it without further interpretation.

The Google data behind the claims
Google Search Console performance panels from client accounts — Google's own screen, not a report we wrote. Organic search only, cropped so no brand or domain is identifiable, each labelled with the exact window it covers.
