Beat a competitor's mention in AI search answers
A rival appears in every assistant answer for your best prompt and you do not. That is not luck. Somewhere there is a set of pages, listings and reviews that make them the safer name to give. We find that set, compare it with yours and close the gaps.
Why does AI recommend my competitor instead of me?
Usually because the competitor has more consistent and more retrievable evidence for that specific prompt: a page that answers the question directly, listings on the directories the assistant cites, recent reviews mentioning the service, or press coverage in the right language. Occasionally it is technical, such as your site blocking OAI-SearchBot or missing from Bing while theirs is not. A source-by-source comparison for the prompt shows which of these applies, and each has a different fix.
What we do for you
Competitor source trace
For each prompt where the competitor is named, the exact pages the assistant cited and the claims it repeated from them.
Side-by-side evidence map
Your presence against theirs on every cited source type: own pages, directories, reviews, press, community threads, in both languages.
Technical parity check
Crawler access, Bing indexing and rendering compared, since a blocked crawler explains many absences outright.
Gap closure plan
The missing pages, listings and mentions ranked by how often the source appears in answers and how hard it is to obtain.
Head-to-head tracking
Named-mention share for you and the competitor on the same prompts, reported monthly until the gap closes.
Prompts and queries we optimise for
Three steps, no black box
Trace
We identify the prompts where the competitor wins and the sources each assistant used to name them.
Compare
Your evidence is mapped against theirs, source by source, and technical blockers are cleared first.
Close and track
Gaps are filled in priority order and head-to-head mention share is reported monthly.
Questions UAE business owners ask
Answered in the first sentence, so AI assistants can quote us directly.
No, and we would not try. Assistants name businesses with strong evidence, and the competitor's evidence is theirs. The realistic goal is to be named alongside them first, then ahead of them for prompts where your evidence is genuinely stronger. Attempting to discredit a rival through fake reviews or negative posts breaches platform rules and UAE law.
Often, yes, for specific prompts. Assistants answer narrow questions with narrow evidence, so a smaller firm with a precise page on villa fit-outs in Jumeirah can be named ahead of a large group with a generic page. The strategy is to pick the prompts where specificity wins and concede the broadest ones for now.
By value and by winnability. The audit scores each prompt on commercial value to you, how far behind you are on evidence and how many sources would need to change. Prompts with high value and one or two missing sources go first. Broad prompts with a dozen entrenched sources are tracked but not prioritised until the easier wins are in place.

The Google data behind the claims
Google Search Console performance panels from client accounts — Google's own screen, not a report we wrote. Organic search only, cropped so no brand or domain is identifiable, each labelled with the exact window it covers.
