Kanwal Shahzad is the founder of Digidot and AISFY, and the community leader behind AI Policing AI. Her career began at EY, followed by 18 years of building within the Dubai business ecosystem. With more than 20 years of experience across finance, marketing, digital transformation and artificial intelligence, she built Digidot into one of the region's early AI-powered agencies and now leads AISFY from the DIFC AI Campus.

Her work focuses on the gap between the speed of AI innovation and an organisation's ability to adopt, govern and measure it responsibly: clear policies, authorisation boundaries, human escalation, auditability and measurable accountability before AI systems are trusted to act across business workflows.
