The situation, goals & challenges
The demand was already arriving and nothing was catching it. Search Console recorded 283,371 impressions across 529 pages against 3,870 clicks — a 1.37% click-through rate, with 293 of those pages taking no clicks at all and 312 of them sitting beyond position 20.
The cause was not authority. It was that the pages did not say what they were. Eighty of the 87 service pages carried a title in the form "Commercial Valuation - [brand]": no service term a buyer would type, no city, no discipline. The property management page was worse — it was titled "Feasibility Study in Dubai", a different service entirely, and it sat at average position 70 on 14,072 impressions for 16 clicks.
SEO strategy for a multi-discipline property consultancy
A firm this broad does not have one SEO problem, it has eight — one per service line, each with its own buyer and its own competitors. The work was to give every discipline a findable page rather than to chase a single head term.
Map the practice, then the keywords
Fifteen clusters and 80 approved primary keywords, each tied to one URL and one owner. Nothing was written until the map was signed off by the client.
Make the title say the service
"Commercial Valuation - [brand]" became "Commercial Property Valuation in Dubai, UAE". Eighty-seven pages, every one against its mapped term.
Flatten the URLs
A 116-character path four levels deep is not a ranking page. Sixty-five were re-pathed, averaging 78 characters down to 60.
Put the chartered credentials on the page
RICS and RERA regulation, ISO certification and named discipline heads with MRICS and FMP designations. In a regulated valuation market, that is the ranking factor.
The findings behind the numbers
Impressions were never the problem. The site was being shown to the market and giving it nothing to click: 283,371 impressions against 3,870 clicks, 293 of 529 pages taking no clicks at all, and an average position across the property of 29.6.

How it unfolded
Where the figures come from
The account delivery workbook: the Search Console page export that set the baseline, the meta-tag programme covering 87 service pages, the approved keyword and site-structure sheets, the UAE competitor gap analysis, and the rank-tracking sheet reporting current positions.
The verdict: strategic SEO transforms businesses
The impressions were already there. Nothing was being clicked because no page said what it did. Naming the service, in the city, on a URL a crawler could reach, was most of the work — and it is what put a UAE firm above the global brands on the terms that convert.
