Kanwal Shahzad is a founder, strategist, and AI enthusiast with 20 years of experience spanning finance, digital marketing, and AI. She started her journey at EY, then spent a decade building Digidot into one of the region’s pioneering AI-powered agencies. Today, she leads two companies, including aisfy.ai at DIFC AI Campus an ESG-aligned, governance-first AI infrastructure designed to embed compliance, ethics, and resilience at the core of business growth.

Her personal journey navigating chronic health challenges, professional burnout, and the loss of her mother taught her that time is life’s most sacred resource. These experiences now drive her mission to build ethical, governance-first AI infrastructures that reclaim time, prevent burnout, and enable true work–life balance all while preserving cultural values for future generations.
